Our Process
Custom Tailored
To begin customising a ring that is perfectly tailored to you, you will need to submit a custom order form. Once we have been able understand and envision the fundamental details of your design, we will send through a quote. When the finer details of your vision have been established, we provide you with the final price and request a 50% deposit upfront to begin crafting your forever ring. All custom tailored designs are handmade and will take 4-6 weeks to create.
CAD Model & Design
Once you have purchased a piece from either our Classic Collection or have placed your deposit for a Custom Tailored piece, you will receive a CAD (computer aided design) from Jae & Gold.  This is where you can view the designed you have discussed and make any amendments until you have achieved your dream ring.
Wax Model & Crafting
Once the casting is complete and the metal has cooled, the ring is prepared for your chosen stone by being tided and pre-polished.Â
Your stone is securely set in place and is ready to be finalised. If you have chosen white gold as your metal, your ring is rhodium plated. Your custom piece is buffed and polished and carefully inspected before sending you the finished piece.Â
FinalisationÂ
Our team will be in touch with you once your beautiful is complete and has been carefully inspected. For our Custom Tailored designs, the remaining 50% is payable before we are able to ship your piece. We then will arrange express shipping to ensure you receive your Custom Tailored Jae & Gold ring as quickly as you can.Â
