All our Jae & Gold pieces comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty covers any optical changes regarding the clarity, colour, fire, and brilliance of The Jae & Gold's Gemstones.

The warranty does not cover theft or loss of the stone. The warranty does not cover damage that was caused by misuse, abuse, fair wear and tear or unauthorised alterations or modifications.

The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. You must retain your original receipt of purchase.
